What Our Pet Parents Say

starstarstarstarstar

It’s easy to manage and handle - it doesn’t smell at all. The food is just fantastic, it’s made such a big difference to Monkey and we’re just so pleased. She’s maintained a really good weight and her bowel movements are way more regular. She seems much happier! She’s far more engaged and energetic and just eager for things. Not only that, but her scratching has completely stopped. Her skin is way healthier, and her coat is so shiny.

Flo just absolutely loved it, she enjoyed the flavour, she clears the plate which she has never done with any other food before. We've definitely seen an improvement with her coat; she is so shiny, and also her breath is amazing.

I am so pleased about this, to finally get Paddy to eat raw food and to have him enjoy his food is brilliant. He was sometimes a take it or leave it eater and I tend to scatter feed which he used to be lacklustre about, but this morning he was quick and pouncing on it and running after it and gobbling it up!

Your Questions, Answered

Where is your freeze-dried raw food made?

Our freeze-dried raw food is made right here in the UK, from our kitchens in Norfolk. With a team of in house Canine Nutritionists, we formulate the best recipes, with locally sourced ingredients. Just how your dog likes it.

How should I introduce freeze-dried raw food to my dog?

We always recommend that new diets are introduced slowly and carefully to avoid upset tummies. Start by replacing 25% of your dog’s previous diet with freeze-dried raw, and gradually increase the amount of freeze-dried over 7-10 days.

Can I feed freeze-dried food as treats?

Yes, our freeze-dried nuggets are a perfect high-quality treat. Freeze-drying slowly and gently evaporates moisture from the raw ingredients, eliminating harmful pathogens. However, you should always maintain a good level of hygiene when handling dog food and dog treats, washing your hands before and after handling.
