What our pet parents say

It’s easy to manage and handle - it doesn’t smell at all. The food is just fantastic, it’s made such a big difference to Monkey and we’re just so pleased. She’s maintained a really good weight and her bowel movements are way more regular. She seems much happier! She’s far more engaged and energetic and just eager for things. Not only that, but her scratching has completely stopped. Her skin is way healthier, and her coat is so shiny.

Grace - Mum to Monkey (Sprocker Spaniel)

What we’ve really noticed since we’ve been on Ella & Co is that her coat is extra-specially shiny. She’s also less hungry between meals and seems to be really satisfied after her breakfast and her dinner. Daphne is such a special part of our family and I’m so pleased that we finally found the right food for her

Daphne - Mum to Henrietta (Whippet)

Raw food is best for our friends but the frozen alternative not always practical. We ordered the Ella & Co on a trial basis to start with and we shall not look back: Maxi loves it, it is light and easy to travel with. We are looking forward to new flavours. Thank you, James.

Anne - Mum to Maxi (Cavapoo)

Lola, my cavapoo, loves the food and she is soooo fussy! I mixed it, at first, with her usual raw meat. She just ate round her usual food and left it! So she’s now on the new food full time. It’s so easy to store, on a narrow boat. So life is so much easier!

Sally - Mum to Lola (Cavapoo)

Charlie’s stomach is so much more improved and healthier with Ella & Co food and it really does make a difference to the state of her dog poo ~ which to me is a good snapshot for her health!

Your questions, answered

There’s no refrigeration or freezing required – simply store it in your kitchen cabinet!

The great thing about our freeze-dried products is they’re incredibly convenient, being room-temperature stable and don’t require refrigeration! Freeze-dried products have an excellent shelf life and can be stored for years! But once opened, be sure to place the freeze-dried nuggets in the storage bag supplied keeping the bag sealed using the zip closure to lock in freshness.

Simply pour their food into a bowl and add a splash of water to help bring out the natural smells and flavours. Remember: the food your handling is raw. So be sure to wash your hands as well as any serving utensils and surfaces before and after serving.

Ella’s freeze-dried raw is not recommended for puppies. Once your puppy reaches 10+ months they’ll be ready to subscribe to a freeze-dried food subscription! Why not take a look at our cold-pressed option? Suitable for puppies over 4 weeks.
